About Me.
I believe every individual can solve problems and heal from past trauma when
provided with the right environment, professional guidance, and unconditional support. As a licensed psychotherapist, I employ a humanistic, relational approach,
evidence-based skills training, and coaching to alleviate suffering and help you create a thriving life.
My approach incorporates elements of Humanistic Psychology, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Integrative Restoration for Trauma (iRest), Trauma Education, Exposure Therapy, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy (for clients aged 21 and older), tailored to each client’s specific needs. I am also a certified Yoga Teacher (RYT200), specializing in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness Meditation. In my private practice in Danville, CA, I offer a comprehensive DBT program that includes individual therapy as well as weekly DBT Adult and Multi-Family Skills Groups.
